When booking a service, you are offered 48 hours to cancel your appointment before your refund is terminated. All purchases and services are nonrefundable. If you may need to change your shipping address, please contact us with your name and order number before shipping is processed.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do not accept returns as all items go through quality inspection before shipping is processed. All sales are final. Items are to be delivered between 2-10 business days, unless there is a delay with international shipping.

We offer audio recordings and email readings that you may store for whenever you need to revisit. You may select which method you would like to receive your reading at purchase.
